These plugs are used :

- as external safety closing when the bags are installed but not in operation (expanding lock type).

The evacuating bags of glove boxes are made of PVC 0,2 to 0,3 mm thick with an 0-ring on one end and closed by tight welding at the other one.

The mounting unit MOGASAC makes easier and safer the change of a bag or a glove box without risk of breaking the tightness. It is available for all diameters of bag ports.

The system consists in :
- A mounting ring of the O-ring of the bag. It is specific to the diameter of the bag port.
- An installing tool of the bag on to the mounting ring. The tool is the same for bag ports of 156 to 250 mm.
- A tool support

Advantages :
- Avoids the tension effort of the bag on to the bag port by the mounting operation.
- Facilitates the mounting of the new bag on to the bag port, espacially in difficult accessible areas or for not chlored bags : EVA, polyurethan, ...
- Reduces the exposure time during the changing operation.
- Allows a better management of change of bags by premounting several bags on to rings.
- Avoids over tensile force of the O-ring of the bag.
- Makes faster the changing process in case of accidental breaking of the bag.


Mounting ring equipped with a bag and engaged on to the bag port to let slide the new bag in the second groove of the port.		Removing the mounting ring after installing the bag.

The support table for evacuating out of glove boxes through bags is equipped with 4 wheels under which 2 ones with brakes - and is made of stainless steel.
