They consist in 3 blades - 2 fixed and one mobile - which combine ease of use, stability during cutting procedure and performances.

The three blades principle allows progressive cutting along great lengths of sheet metal ; the notched blades guarantee a good grip or cutting up tubes or various metal sections. Series TI cutters are equipped with Viton joints, a bronze piston, and a hard-chromed shaft ; the surfaces of all exposed parts (with the exception of cutting blades) have received an anti-corrosion treatment.

The notched blades allow the cutting of large diameter tubing in a single cut or progressively without any risk of slipping.

The cutting tool 20 TI/EC allows the crushing, then the cutting of tubes until Ø 50 mm, thickness 3 mm in 2 steps.

The change of tool (hammer/blade) is manual.

The cutting process can be done without crushing.
The crushing is needed to obtain the tightness of the cut end (other diameters and ticknesses on requiry).

Series TI cutters can be operated with to types of hydraulic power unit, the T400M and the T400G. Each delivers the same service pressure. One feeds the tool with mineral oil, the other with a water-glycol mixture.

They are started up by remote control with two positions (forward-back).

The cabinet containing the electronics and the hydraulic unit are mounted on a stainless steel chassis with four wheels.
