Idealex : waste reduction

The container PODEC in polypropylen has the following purposes :

- to replace the cardboard container in the PADIRAC shielding casks.
- to evacuate technical cutting, sharp wastes in bags to keep the tightness by avoiding to tear the sheet of the bags.
- to complete frequent transfers in laboratories for contaminated or dangerous confined products.

This filtering pump VIDOFIL is used for volume reduction of storage bags containing TRU, low-level, hazardous, or asbestos waste. The filtering pump reduces the volume of stored waste in the bag by facilitating the safe evacuation of trapped air.

Eliminating air out ofeach bag increases container loading (drums or boxes) increasing 2 to 3 times without compromising throughput or safety.

For compacting drums of 60 to 220 l.

Hydraulic cutting tool LIBERVIT for tubes or sheets in iron steel and stainless steel.

They consist in 3 blades - 2 fixed and one mobile - which combine ease of use, stability during cutting procedure and performances.

For cutting cables in copper or aluminium with several wires, until a diameter of 95 mm.
- The hydraulic shears are available following 2 cutting principles :
• Guillotine type
• Scissors type

- Each type has 2 possible hydraulic supplies :
A self-contained design where the hydraulic piston is integrated to the shear.
A design connected through a hosepipe to a hydraulic unit.
