The remote handling tongs EMSI for gripping radioactive sources, small snakes or any other items which cannot be taken direcly by hand for different reasons.

They consist of quickly disconnectable tong heads and tong rods of several lenghts from 600 mm to 2000 mm.

Different types of tong heads can be connected onto a same tong rod or different tong rods can be connected onto same ton head.

The lead casks with transport skid on lorry for the storage and transport of radioactive sources :

The lead aprons have a protection of 0.25 mm to 0.5 mm of lead and weight 3.2 to 5 kg depending of the type, the lead thickness and of the size.
